Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Strategist to lead our carrier portfolio strategy. As the Product Lead for Carriers, you will be responsible for shaping our multi-year carrier strategy, managing our portfolio of carrier products, and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust carrier portfolio strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and coach a team of product managers to deliver exceptional results and drive innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple teams across domains and departments to enhance our carrier offerings and improve the shipping process.
  • Excel at collaboration and communication, influencing others through well-founded arguments and making decisions when necessary.
  • Balance stakeholder needs and navigate complex challenges to maximize the impact of your work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics and the logistics industry, preferably within carriers related to e-commerce shipping.
  • Experience in coaching and developing others, with a track record of positive change in users' behavior.
  • Strategic product thinking and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to balance customer requirements and company requirements, and to navigate quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Coachable and able to talk about what you have learned.
