Jij krijgt het voor elkaar

Het uitvoeren en optimaliseren van ons beleid op het gebied van health & safety: jij werkt eraan mee.

Hoe je dit doet? Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de arbeidsveiligheid binnen onze logistieke operatie en bent hierin het aanspreekpunt over veilig werken. Hierbij signaleer jij knelpunten, volgt meldingen op, overlegt met onze klant en adviseert leidinggevenden en management ten behoeve van verbeteringen. Dit doe jij allemaal bij onze klant op site. Dit krijg jij voor elkaar door het:

ontwikkelen, adviseren en implementeren van het beleid op het gebied van health & safety; vanuit de RI&E maak jij een plan van aanpak en neemt de leiding over de projecten die hieruit voortvloeien; zorgdragen van incidentenbeheersing en de opvolgen van alle meldingen; initiëren en/of deelnemen aan multidisciplinaire teams in verband met het opstellen en/of uitwerken van procesbeschrijvingen, werkinstructies, controlekaarten; vertalen van relevante wet- en regelgeving voor een pragmatische aanpak in de praktijk.

Jouw team valt binnen DSV op doordat jouw team van 4 collega's verspreid is over de verschillende locaties in de regio Zuid-West Nederland. Waarbij het team bekend staat om een hecht team dat elkaar helpt waar nodig Jij krijgt de vrijheid en alle ruimte om deze rol op de beste manier in te vullen.

Jij brengt mee

hbo werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met een specialisatie in middelbare veiligheidskunde; relevante werkervaring en affiniteit met het aspect health & safety binnen een logistieke of procesorganisatie. Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
