Job Description

Look no further We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join an intern position in our People team which takes care of all people-related tasks across the employee lifecycle. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the field of HR while contributing to meaningful projects within a dynamic business.

In this internship you will:

Employee Engagement: Assist HR professionals in handling employee inquiries, addressing concerns, and drive a thriving work environment. Learn how to effectively manage employee relations issues and build a company culture . HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department by organizing files, updating employee records, and assisting with payroll tasks. Gain practical experience in HRIS systems and other administrative tools. Data & Insights: Complete analysis on key people metrix to bring insights to steer the people agenda. **Policy and Procedure Compliance:** Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as performance management. Learn about compliance requirements and best practices in the HR field. **HR Projects:** Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the overall objectives of the HR department. Contribute ideas and insights to improve HR processes and practices.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational abilities with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude toward taking on new challenges.
