• We are looking for a Configuration Manager responsible for implementing the configuration management process. You play a key role in ensuring reliable and available information for airport operations to run smoothly.
• You will primarily collaborate with other process managers, Senior Management IT & Data, and service owners. The process management team is experienced, open, and welcoming, also organizing informal gatherings regularly.
• Everything we do is geared towards people, the environment, and surroundings.

As a Senior Configuration Manager, you are dedicated to the quality of data in the CMDB, ensuring business units can intuitively utilize the CM process. How you achieve this is up to you. We rely on your ability to distinguish between the essentials and details, and to establish connections. You will leverage your skills in:

• Setting up an effective and integrated configuration management process within IT & Data.
• Collaborating with teams to align configuration management with organizational objectives, including periodic audits and CMDB maintenance.
• Managing risk for the configuration management process through IT controls.
• Designing, documenting, and enhancing configuration management processes, procedures, and standards.

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a configuration manager or similar role.
• HBO work and thinking level, experience with dynamic and complex business processes, and knowledge of configuration management.
• Experience with ITIL.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both orally and in writing.

• € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Scale 12).
• A 13th-month salary.
• An NS-Business Card that fully reimburses public transport travel to and from work.
