We ontwerpen en produceren optische precisie-elementen en assemblages voor verschillende markten, waaronder industriële sensoren (Robotica & Industrie 4.0), medische, halfgeleider-, beveiligings-, automotive
- en constructie bedrijven. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van asferische lenzen, precisieglascomponenten, lasermodules en optomechanische assemblages. Bij dit proces worden verschillende technologieën gebruikt, zoals replicatie van optische structuren, etsen, lithografie, fijnmechanische bewerkingen van optisch glas en keramiek en andere technieken.

**De baan**:
Als Manager Quality, Environment, Safety & Health(QESH) ben je de drijvende kracht achter het waarborgen van de hoogste normen op het gebied van kwaliteit, milieu, veiligheid en gezondheid binnen Anteryon. Je leidt een deskundig team van professionals en bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van een robuust kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsbeleid.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je geeft leiding aan een team van professionals, motiveert hen en stuurt hen aan in het nastreven van onze kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsdoelstellingen.
- Je creëert een cultuur van samenwerking, innovatie en eigenaarschap binnen je team.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven en verbeteren van ons veiligheidsbeleid, inclusief het uitvoeren van Risico Inventarisatie en Evaluatie (RIE) om potentiële gevaren te identificeren en te verminderen.
- Je bewaakt en verbetert ons beleid voor emissieverlaging en afvalbeheer.
- Je bewaakt en verbetert ons Quality Management System en rapporteert over de effectiviteit ervan.
- Je zorgt voor het behoud van onze certificeringen ISO 9001 en ISO 14001, inclusief vertalen van klant normen/specificaties en het begeleiding van (externe) audits.
- Je draagt bij aan Quality-gerelateerde trajecten, zoals product
- en procesvalidatie.
- Je bent actief betrokken bij het identificeren van mogelijkheden voor verbetering en efficiëntie in onze processen.
- Je onderhoudt kwaliteit gerelateerde contacten met interne organisatie, klanten en leveranciers, inclusief het begeleiden van audits en het afhandelen van klachten.
- Je communiceert effectief met interne en externe belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat onze kwaliteits
- en veiligheidsnormen worden nageleefd en begrepen.
- Je neemt actief deel aan het Operations Team om de organisatie voor te bereiden op verdere groei en ontwikkeling.

**Wij zoeken**:
- Je hebt mínimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding op het gebied van kwaliteit/techniek
- Je hebt mínimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een hightech, high mix/low volume productieomgeving en ervaring met het werken in cleanrooms
- Je hebt aantoonbare leidinggevende capaciteiten
- Je hebt gedegen kennis van kwaliteitssystemen en methodieken, uitgebreid met kennis en ervaring op het gebied van EU-regelgeving, duurzaamheid, milieubescherming, sociale verantwoordelijkheid en goed bestuur (ESG) principes, alsmede de implementatie van CSRD
- Je hebt goede communicatieve skills in het Nederlands en het Engels en kan je visie op een duidelijke manier over brengen op je collega's
- Je hebt een proactieve, ondernemende en zelfstandige manier van werken en treedt op als expert op het gebied van kwaliteit
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal

**Wij bieden**
- Een goed salaris tussen de €5000;
- en €6500;
- bruto per maand afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
- 25 vakantiedagen en 5 adv dagen per jaar (met de mogelijkheid om per jaar 8 dagen bij te kopen)
