Internship Innovation Strategy

Location Eindhoven | Hybrid

Role Overview:

As an Innovation Strategy Intern, you will work closely with our senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy. Your focus will be on integrating cultural aspects and optimizing resource selection to drive sustainable growth and enhance our competitive edge. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to blend business acumen with cultural insights to foster an environment of creativity and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current market trends and industry innovations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to gather insights and data on current innovation practices.
  • Analyze cultural influences on innovation processes and outcomes within the organization.
  • Identify and evaluate key resources necessary for successful innovation, including technology, talent, and partnerships.
  • Assist in the development of strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • In the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in cultural studies and/or resource management.
  • Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
