As the Line Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. Your tasks involve coordinating and executing all production line activities, ensuring the seamless transformation of semi-finished goods into final products. With your dedication, we guarantee the delivery of premium products that align with our strict quality, safety, and hygiene protocols. Additionally, you will oversee a team of production staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for their growth. Your responsibilities will also include managing stock levels, resolving equipment issues, assisting the department head, and collaborating in production activities as needed, drawing from your extensive industry experience.

We are seeking a Line Operator who:

• Has excellent communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and English languages (both verbal and written);
• Demonstrates confidence derived from a minimum of four years of experience in a similar production role within the food sector;
• Is adept at leading and supervising production staff effectively;
• Possesses a minimum of MBO-2 level of education, ideally related to the Food industry, and holds knowledge of HACCP, as well as quality standards like BRC and IFS.
