Change Expert – Wholesale Banking/Financial Markets

What you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully executing assignments that align with ING's strategic priorities and commitments
  • Engaging in a global community of change professionals to share knowledge and enhance expertise

What we are seeking:

  • An experienced all-round change professional/program manager with a background in driving complex transformation projects. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience required
  • Proficiency in Financial Markets, including product knowledge and lifecycle processes (Front to Finance)
  • Hands-on experience in international (agile) program management
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve outcomes in line with strategic objectives
  • Skilled in driving change through effective planning, stakeholder management, and communication at all levels
  • Strong resilience to navigate ambiguity and foster collaboration in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive mindset, capable of coaching team members and cultivating a positive organizational culture
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Master's degree and relevant certifications (MSP, Agile PgM)
