As our new (trainee) Sales Manager, you dive right in. It's your task to become the expert in no time With the right strategy, you know how to sell our products with a good profit margin. Of course, you won't conquer your market solely from our office in Delfzijl; you'll often be in the airplane for another business trip.
Whether you have personal, digital, or telephone contact with your clients, you always manage to convince them to join forces with you. You regularly attend trade fairs and consult with your sales team, keeping yourself informed about developments in your market.

You are a real go-getter: you like to take initiative and are often the driving force in a group. Building and maintaining relationships comes naturally to you. It's no problem for you to work independently; you actually enjoy freedom and personal responsibility
You are communicatively skilled, enabling you to address various target groups. You're not afraid to bring in your own ideas. You have a strong personality and can handle a challenge Additionally, you can check the following off your resume:
A recently completed commercial education, at least at the HBO (higher professional education) level Approximately 1 year of experience in a commercial role, such as street sales or telemarketing Proficiency in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of an additional language is a plusWe offer you
