Wij zijn The Avocado Show, 's werelds populairste avocado-restaurant formule, dat bekend staat om zijn "Pretty Healthy Food". Oftewel; spectaculair vormgegeven gerechten die naast heerlijk ook eerlijk zijn en altijd geserveerd worden in stijl. Elke culinaire creatie wordt bij ons vol liefde bereid met gecertificeerde en duurzaam geteelde avocado's. The Avocado Show heeft sinds de opening van ons eerste restaurant in 2017 in Amsterdam het hart van avocado fans uit alle hoeken van de wereld veroverd.

De komende jaren willen wij hard groeien met tientallen locaties om onze missie "to bring joy to avocado lovers" te behalen. Hiertoe zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Head of Finance die ons kan helpen met een goed financieel fundament dat de toekomstige internationale uitrol en ontwikkeling van het merk kan volbrengen.

**About the job**
Als Head of Finance ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning en control cyclus van de organisatie en ben je de directe sparring partner voor de CEO. Afgelopen jaren is er gewerkt aan een goede basis welke door jou verder verstevigd en uitgebreid kan worden. Bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van proces structurering en automatisering en business intelligence om meer inzicht te verkrijgen en analyses uit te kunnen voeren. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden;
- Het voorbereiden van de maandelijkse rapportages en analyses, hetgeen bestaat uit diverse taken zoals communicatie met restaurant managers over resultaten en verwachtingen, controleren van de P&L grootboekrekeningen, cashflowrapportages ten behoeve van bespreking in het MT, het maandelijks doornemen van de cijfers met operations etc.
- Verdere ontwikkeling van de stuurinformatie met behulp van relevante KPI's en dit visualiseren met behulp van dashboard(s)
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maand, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluitingen (in samenwerking met een extern kantoor)
- Het MT faciliteren bij de creatie van de jaar budgetten en lange-termijn plannen
- Het ondersteunen, initiëren en beoordelen van business cases voor eigen investeringen en die van Franchisees
- Het hands-on aansturen en begeleiden van het Finance team
- Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor onze accountant, de Belastingdienst en overige externe partijen bij financieel gerelateerde vragen

**About you**
- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante ervaring
- Ervaring bij een Big-5 kantoor en/of scale-up is een pré
- Een afgeronde Finance of Accounting & Control opleiding op mínimaal Bachelor niveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een Master (RA/AA titel is een pré)
- Ervaring met het opzetten van en werken met Power BI (of een vergelijkbare tool) is een pré
- Je voelt je prettig in een ondernemende omgeving waarin je zowel strategisch als hands on verantwoordelijk bent
- Je bent analytisch, toegankelijk, transparant, staat stevig in je schoenen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Je vindt het leuk om in een hecht team te werken en jouw (financiële) kennis over te dragen
