As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for providing financial support for decision-making on new initiatives, business strategies, and investments across our business and factories.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the EECM & Benelux Supply Chain Director and Factory Director to drive business strategies and initiatives
- Manage the costing and pricing for new product and country launches, ensuring accurate financial projections and timely reporting
- Oversee performance management of supply chain KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure an effective and efficient month-end closing process on all SC areas, providing timely and accurate reporting to SBFE finance team
- Lead stock reduction programs, Capex tracking, and RAM evaluation, driving business growth and efficiency
- Coordinate the month-end supply chain closing process, ensuring seamless integration with finance and operations teams
- Drive the supply chain finance planning process, including MTP, budgeting, and forecasting, to inform business decisions
- Act as a finance business partner to identify and capture cost savings across the business, leveraging your analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Proven experience in FMCG supply chain finance, with a strong understanding of costing, pricing, and performance management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to distill complex information and present it clearly to senior management
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, with a track record of identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
- Experience in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, with a focus on supply chain finance
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and efficiency
