Head of Supply Chain Finance Middle Office Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join MUFG Bank, Ltd. as a Head of Supply Chain Finance Middle Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team that supports all Middle Office activities related to the Supply Chain Finance product. Our ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Supply Chain Finance products and experience in managing people, helping to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supplier onboarding and due diligence activities, including KYC
- Back-Office Account Reconciliation
- Client & Supplier Customer Service
- Platform Data Maintenance
- Program Monitoring & Optimization
- Integration Support & Platform Testing
- SCF Process - Design & Support, including design/maintenance of procedures/manuals
Requirements
- Professional economic/administrative education
- Thorough understanding of the Supply Chain Finance products is preferred, experience in a similar function or relevant area (like Corporate Banking or Middle Office), and experience in managing people, helping to lead, motivate, and develop
- The function requires detailed knowledge of the (intra-)departmental work flows and (operational) processes, the Supply Chain Finance product and platforms offered by the Front Offices (Corporate-, Structured Finance- and Financial Institutions Coverage Teams and Treasury) as well of the applicable internal and external legislation
- The function also requires knowledge of and experience with automated database storage, processing, and desktop IT skills
What We Offer
- A competitive gross salary based on experience and consistent with the market
