About Yacht

At Yacht, our Supply Chain Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of goods flow to meet customer demands and expectations.

We manage the entire flow of goods from production handover to customer delivery.

Our goal is to drive process development and optimization through analysis, proposals, and implementation of new solutions.

This involves initiating projects from scratch, defining objectives, scope, and timelines.

In the framework of specific projects, your responsibilities will include organizing meetings/workshops, monitoring assigned actions, analyzing data, developing solution concepts, creating business cases, and establishing clear communication with stakeholders, project teams, and senior management.

Continuous process improvement and digitalization are essential aspects of this role.

You will collaborate closely with Order Fulfillment, Inbound Logistics, Customer Service, Process Development, Distribution Center, Markets, and other relevant teams.

This collaboration will ensure a comprehensive understanding of the impact of process improvements and provide clarity regarding timelines.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
