Supply Chain Forecasting Specialist

Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for supply chain optimization and forecasting? We are looking for a talented Demand Planner to join our European Supply Chain team in Amsterdam.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to improve forecast accuracy and drive business growth. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the demand planning process for our Off-Highway Tyres product line across all European markets.

We estimate that this role comes with a salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report demand planning and order wallet related KPIs
  • Analyze and interpret sales, customer behavior, and market trend data to identify patterns and anomalies
  • Develop and maintain accurate baseline forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and bottom-up inputs
  • Merge and challenge contributions to provide a consensus forecast and prepare documents for S&OP events

Demand Forecasting for Off-Highway Tyres:

  • Shape statistical forecasts using knowledge of past performance, events, and product phase information
  • Drive reporting and data analytics across the department to improve forecast efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conduct analysis of forecasts, past sales, and demand to initiate actions to improve the process
