Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating end-to-end pallet management processes across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound pallet movements, inspecting pallets, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.


Key Responsibilities


The Supply Chain Coordinator Specialist will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:



  • Pallet Management: Oversee adherence to end-to-end pallet management processes, record pallet movements, and inspect pallets to identify defects.
  • Demand Aggregation and Customer Service: Aggregate demand from various sources, input data into SAP, and collaborate with customers to improve performance metrics.
  • Order Balancing and Forecasting: Conduct regular order balancing activities, compare orders vs previous period forecast, and process orders in the system.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customer queries, collaborate with local export teams, and communicate with customers regarding outstanding orders.

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar software.

Salary Information


The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
