Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the optimization of our supply chain planning processes, ensuring seamless integration with our technology systems, and leading cross-functional project teams to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead project teams to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards.
- Maintain close relationships with software vendors to ensure alignment with our business objectives.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain transformation, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience working with supply chain systems, such as Relex, Slim4, or Logility, is highly desirable.
