**Workspace 365 is op zoek naar een Lead Customer Success.**

Ben jij klantgericht en projectmatig en ben je in staat om de juiste balans te vinden tussen strategische lijnen uitzetten en operationeel meewerken? Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die samen met het team onze klanten **True Fans** maakt. Vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid zijn twee belangrijke pijlers voor ons en typeren dus ook jouw rol. Bij Workspace 365 hebben we een missie: we willen eenvoud brengen in de wereld van digitaal werken. **Jouw rol als Lead Customer Success**

Het CSM-team bestaat op dit moment uit 3 Customer Success Managers. Zij zijn elke dag bezig met onze missie: everything simplified. Het werkproces voor de eindklant vereenvoudigen en IT-complexiteit wegnemen. Aan jou de taak om samen met het team te zorgen voor klantsuccessen, het mínimaliseren van de churn en het commercieel uitbouwen van onze bestaande klanten.

Workspace 365 verkoopt het product niet direct aan de eindklant, maar via een IT-partner. De implementatie, onboarding en adoptie is dus altijd een samenspel tussen de eindklant, de partner en Workspace 365. Jij zorgt voor een juiste werkverdeling, bent aanwezig bij grote en belangrijke implementaties, coacht het team en zorgt dat zij zich verder ontwikkelen in hun rol. Je bent een echte verbinder en staat in contact met andere afdelingen binnen Workspace 365. Je zorgt voor een goede samenwerking met bijvoorbeeld sales, support en product.

Workspace 365 heeft sterke (internationale) groeiambities en daarvoor moet het CSM-proces schaalbaar zijn. Projecten waar jij jezelf in mag gaan vastbijten zijn onder andere:

- Het opzetten van verschillende onboardingpakketten
- Het opzetten van een recurring model voor CSM
- Implementeren van continuous adoption

**Jouw talenten**
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een Customer Success rol
- Je hebt ervaring met óf de ambitie om een team aan te sturen
- Je bent pragmatisch, klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld
