Exhibition Manager

We're looking for a skilled Dutch-speaking Event Manager to join our client's team and take charge of an exciting event in the hospitality industry. If you have a knack for community engagement, commercial expertise, and a flair for event planning, this role might just be perfect for you
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire event process, from strategy development to execution, budgeting, and floor planning
- Handle commercial aspects including key account management, partnerships, and sponsorship revenue generation
- Lead the event team and collaborate with stakeholders from different departments
- Establish and nurture key partnerships to boost revenue and community involvement
- Organize and oversee marketing activities to meet goals within deadlines and budget
- Stay updated on industry trends to introduce new concepts and programs
- Implement projects to enhance visitor attendance and engagement
- Devise a comprehensive commercial campaign strategy for revenue growth
- Network at industry events to expand market understanding and customer base
- Supervise the digital strategy for the event
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (HBO)
- Have extensive experience in managing large MICE events
- Minimum of 2 years in Event or Sales Management within the hospitality sector
- Demonstrated skills in strategy development, P&L management, and stakeholder relations
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong command of Dutch and English
- Solid commercial acumen with expertise in handling objections, generating leads, and crafting partnership proposals
- Stay innovative and creative to meet industry trends and event demands
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
