Als Business Intelligence Analyst maak je deel uit van het Insights & Reporting product team, samen met Data Engineers en BI specialisten. Je werkt aan het verbeteren van een data warehouse, datamarts, en dashboards om een 360 graden klant- en partnerbeeld te realiseren. Je automatiseert en optimaliseert het gebruik van relevante data. Je identificeert projectdoelen, vertaalt businessbehoeften naar BI oplossingen valideert deze. Je presenteert requirements aan ontwikkelaars en BI-oplossingen aan stakeholders. Je test de ontwikkelingen en geeft feedback. Je werkt nauw samen met Product Owners, Data Engineers, BI Specialisten en andere analysten, onder begeleiding van de Product Owner Insights & Reporting.


Jouw Profiel

Opleiding en Ervaring: HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een complexe product- en/of IT-omgeving, bij voorkeur als Business Informatie Analyst en/of Data Analyst. Industriekennis: Ervaring in een technologisch gedreven industrie waar verandering de constant is. Technische Vaardigheden: Bekend met design principes van een data warehouse en datamart, en ervaring met BI tools. Leervermogen: Snel nieuwe systemen eigen maken. Ondernemerschap: Ondernemende instelling met de gewoonte om end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid te dragen en ambitieuze doelstellingen te behalen. Analytische Vaardigheden: In staat om complexe informatie om te zetten in eenvoudige requirements, met voorkeur voor ervaring in data modelleren en data-analyse. Conceptueel Denken: Vermogen om conceptueel te denken en vasthoudendheid bij het verhelderen van onduidelijkheden. Teamspeler: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor overleg met directe teamleden en verschillende interne en externe stakeholders. Agile Ervaring: Ruime ervaring met werken in zelfsturende/zelforganiserende (Agile) teams en hybride werkvormen. Bekend met Agile, Scrum, SAFe en/of Kanban, en een agile mindset: je durft op te leveren wat nog niet 100% perfect is, maar al wel waarde toevoegt voor eindgebruikers. Taalvaardigheden: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Binnen Ad Alliance is het Product team de drijvende kracht achter het realiseren van impactvolle veranderingen en continue verbeteringen binnen het sales ecosysteem. Dit om de ambitie van Ad Alliance om het meest klantgerichte total videosales netwerk van Nederland te zijn iedere dag waar te kunnen maken, nu en in de toekomst. De Product Owners, Business Analysten en BI Analysten in het team werken nauw samen met collega's van Ad Alliance en RTL (Technology & Data unit) en vendors binnen de verschillende Product Teams om de waarde van de verschillende producten te maximaliseren. Het Insights & Reporting team bestaat uit een diverse groep ambitieuze professionals. Vanuit het product team zorgen we dat Ad Alliance de beste ervaring aan haar adverteerders en partners kan bieden, nu en in de toekomst.
