Dit zijn je werkzaamheden:

As a Business Analyst at Salta Group, you will contribute to our mission "lifelong learning for everyone". You will analyze and document business requirements and translate them into IT-focused solutions.


You will work closely with colleagues at the heart of the organization to gather their requirements and translate them into stories for development teams.

Together with the organization, you will create processes and software solutions that support our broad ambitions.

Some examples of your responsibilities include:


  • Requirements Gathering: Collecting and analyzing functional and technical requirements for IT projects.

Process Analysis: Investigating and evaluating existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Designing new process flows and formulating recommendations for optimization.

Writing user stories.
-
Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.


In the field of IT, developments at Salta Group are fast-paced, offering numerous opportunities in the form of new products and projects.

What can we learn from you?

  • Have a completed hbo or wo degree, supplemented by relevant work experience.
  • Possess an independent and analytical personality with a proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrate a strong selfstarting ability and an actionoriented approach.
  • Have experience in project and change management and mapping organizational processes.
  • Have experience in writing user stories.
  • Live in The Netherlands.
