The role

As our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at ZEEKR EU , you will be responsible for shaping and executing our EU marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Internally this role will be titled Head of Brand and Customer Experience .

You will lead a dynamic marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve our business objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry and digital marketing trends.

This is what you will do most of the time:

  • People Leadership: Lead and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Public Relations & Communications: Alongside the subject matter experts in your team, develop and implement PR and communications strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to amplify brand messaging.
  • Campaigning: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels and markets. Through your team, drive innovative and impactful campaigns to promote ZEEKR.
  • CRM/Customer Journey: Through your team, oversee customer relationship management (CRM) strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Digital & Website Management: Lead ZEEKR's digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Metrics & Analytics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure marketing performance and ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Executive Leadership: You will sit on our European executive leadership team, and take overall responsibility and ownership for the marketing channel.

To be successful in the role we believe that you should bring the following :

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles within the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Breadth of geographical experience across Europe/EMEA, with expertise in leading marketingexecution across multiple countries.
  • Expertise in growing and developing high performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
