Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of ecommerce brands within our portfolio
  • Develop and optimize operational processes to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure seamless and timely execution of order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve operational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and finance to align operational objectives with overall business goals
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize pricing and product availability
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ecommerce operations

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end ecommerce processes including order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and software
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
