About the Area: We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the full-time position of IT Risk & Compliance leader, located in Delft, The Netherlands, or Malmö, Sweden.

About the Job: In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT risks across IKEA, ensuring identification, assessment, and treatment according to the defined risk appetite. You will lead programs to manage risks, drive continuous improvement of the digital environment, and ensure compliance with internal information policies and external requirements.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to implementing digital risk management approaches across IKEA.
  • Lead digital risk management processes and reporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external digital regulations.
  • Identify best practices for managing digital risks efficiently.
  • Implement technical and organizational measures to manage digital risks.
  • Maintain digital steering documents and internal control systems.
  • Conduct verification activities to ensure effectiveness of controls.
  • Stay informed about the digital risk landscape and compliance status.
  • Exemplify IKEA values and promote fact-based business leadership.
  • Build professional relationships with stakeholders through cooperation and trust.

About You: We are looking for an innovative and adaptable information security leader with experience in digital risk management. You should have strong interpersonal skills, a track record of achieving goals, and the ability to inspire others towards common objectives.

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of GRC concepts in a digital context.
  • Proficiency in digital risk management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Holding relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, or CISSP.
  • Experience in designing and implementing controls to manage digital risks.
  • Practical experience in enhancing organizational resilience against digital risks.
  • Comfortable facilitating risk-based decisions and promoting a risk-aware culture.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proficient in agile methodologies.
