About You

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Digital Product team, focusing on our treasury capabilities.

At Inter IKEA Systems, we are at a pivotal moment as we transform our digital landscape and operational methodologies. Our processes are designed to support effective treasury management and payment solutions.

In your role as a Business Analyst, you will:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify necessary enhancements and assist in developing and executing strategic digital roadmaps and initiatives.

· Conduct thorough analyses of business needs and outline requirements for the Digital Product Area, including applications and data, while aiding stakeholders in crafting business cases.

· Challenge and validate gathered requirements from business, risk, and user perspectives.

· Ensure documentation and tracking of business needs and requirements for the Digital Product Area are maintained.

· Assist Digital Product Leaders in ensuring user stories and requirements are accurately captured, documented, and detailed enough for effective backlog prioritization.

· Capture precise acceptance criteria within user stories to facilitate efficient building and testing processes. Translate technical goals for stakeholders, emphasizing tangible impacts and benefits.

· Actively participate in team ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) and ensure the team's achievements are communicated to relevant stakeholders.

· Collaborate closely within the digital product area to ensure aligned architecture and business analysis across Inter IKEA.

· Provide architectural support for changes that deviate from existing solution capabilities.

· Work with architecture teams on solution roadmaps, integration, and consolidation of systems.
