You possess a strong enthusiasm and expertise in financial processes, particularly in leveraging technology to enhance these operations. Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to fortify our Digital Product team, specifically within our treasury function.

At Inter IKEA Systems, we are at a pivotal moment as we transform our digital environment and operational methodologies. Our processes underpin our treasury management and payment systems.

In your role as a Business Analyst, you will:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify necessary enhancements and contribute to the formulation and execution of strategic digital initiatives.

· Conduct thorough analyses of business requirements and define the needs for the Digital Product Area, including applications and data, while assisting stakeholders in developing business cases.

· Challenge and validate gathered requirements from business, risk, and user perspectives.

· Ensure that business needs and requirements for the Digital Product Area are meticulously documented and tracked.

· Assist Digital Product Leaders in ensuring that user stories and requirements are accurately captured, documented, and detailed enough to facilitate effective backlog prioritization.

· Ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly defined within user stories to enable efficient building and testing processes.

· Strive for a technical understanding of current objectives and communicate these effectively to stakeholders, emphasizing tangible impacts and benefits.

· Actively participate in team ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning) to foster collaboration.

· Work closely within the digital product area to ensure aligned architecture and business analysis across Inter IKEA.

· Provide architectural support for changes that diverge from existing solution capabilities.

· Collaborate on solution roadmaps, integration, and consolidation of systems.
