Job Title: Quantity Surveyor at Construction Site in Terneuzen, The Netherlands

The ideal candidate for this role will work on quantity surveying tasks for different construction packages, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument Works. They will be part of a diverse team and report to the Subcontracts Administration Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Check and approve unit price Pre-Accounting and As Built Accounting
• Prepare and issue weekly reports on accounting status
• Expedite and ensure timely receipt of accounting from construction contractors
• Maintain proper filing of all accounting records
• Liaise with construction contractors for Progress Payment Certificates verification
• Assist in assessing Contractor's compensation requests and offers
• Participate in the analysis of construction contractors' claims
• Monitor correspondence between client and contractors
• Participate in subcontracting meetings and update monthly reports

Requirements:

• Hold an Engineering or technical degree with at least 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus
• Experience with MS Office programs, particularly complex Excel files
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in integrated teams on complex projects
• Team-player mentality
• Eligibility to work in the European Union and be available for on-site work
