As Brand Management Lead...
- Responsible for our brands in the Healthy Snacks and Natural Spreads categories (B'tween and Hero Jam). Your goal is to ensure the successful implementation of Hero's marketing strategy with a focus on annual plans. This contributes to strengthening Hero's market position in 'Healthy Snacks' and 'Natural Spreads'. As a Brand Management Lead, you will be in charge of international stakeholder relations within your categories, advocating for Hero's interests in New Product Developments and maintaining clear communication channels, working closely with your team consisting of a Junior Brand Manager and a Marketing & Packaging Specialist.

How will you achieve this goal?
- Conducting a thorough market analysis, staying updated on trends and opportunities, collaborating with colleagues from Digital, Category Management, Sales, and international category managers. Reporting your findings and results to the Head of Marketing Hero Benelux.

  • Project management of NPD projects in collaboration with the international and local departments.
  • Operational tasks related to NPD/portfolio management including design development, research preparations, and legal claims.
  • Rolling out and optimizing the communication plan covering media, website, and consumer activations.
  • Chairing the multidisciplinary Category Team, acting as the team's representative within the organization.
  • Developing commercial annual plans based on the brand strategy.
  • Managing the A-Budget in coordination with the Commercial Controller.
  • Leading and motivating your team.

Who are we looking for?
- Driven, independent, proactive, and creative professional who can skillfully handle both strategic and operational tasks, excelling in project management and communication.

Must-haves on your CV:

  • Completed HBO or WO degree in fields like Commercial Economics, Communication, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Affinity with the food industry and the brands B'tween and Hero Jam.
