MARKETING ASSISTANT - GRADUATE - 12month contract

LOCATION:

AMSTERDAM


As a Global Marketing Graduate, you will have the unique opportunity to join the Consumer Beauty Division for Coty to work on adidas body care & fragrances and get to discover many different aspects of global marketing focusing both on long-term & shorter-term initiatives.

This role is made for someone who has a strong affinity with Sports

It will give you the chance to develop category expertise, global cosmetic business savviness, project management skills on 360: product design & formula, activation, assets, presentation to externals.


RESPONSIBILITIES


As our Graduate Marketing Assistant you are responsible for assisting with the development of innovations and new business developments mainly within body care including new product development in collaboration with key global cross-functions, defining Go-To-Market strategies and activations.


Your key areas of responsibility will be the following:

Support key global development areas & innovations: Coordinate briefs with internal & external partners, own timings and ensure delivery for artworks, packshots, product catalogues, code creations.
Support Bodycare assets availability & accuracy in the Coty database.

Ownership on brand marketing budget:
project tracker, Pos.
Support on ad hoc requests for the brand teams including competitor deep dives, research & analysis projects.
Gather input & feedback from markets on existing product performance.

You will assist the Senior Brand Manager and work closely together with several departments such as global cross-functional stakeholders including licensors, local markets, R&D and support functions.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You will be passionate about Sports, beauty, creative and possess a strong positive, flexible attitude, like to collaborate with the key support functions and a good team player To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong willingness to lead and grow our brand and go the extra mile

Other than that, you:
Recently graduated or studying for a 3rd level qualification Previous relevant experience ideally in FMCG or Sports Industry Strong analytical and organizational skills, and attention to details

Entrepreneurial Mindset:
Proven ability to develop creative solutions thinking analytically and conceptually. Solution provider and problem solver Master the English language on a near native level
