Om d é Horeca leverancier van Nederland te worden zoeken wij voor ons marketing team een Lead Digital Multi Channel die zich bezighoud met de strategische ontwikkeling en implementatie van digitale oplossingen voor onze verschillende kanalen met als doel het optimaliseren van de Customer Journey.

Wat ga je doen?

Het aansturen van het e-commerce team Het uitzetten van de roadmap & milestoneplanning van onze digitale strategie Het aanspreekpunt binnen onze organisatie voor alle digitale oplossingen In kaart brengen van de (omnichannel) customer journey Je bent daarnaast verantwoordelijk voor de Makro Webshop en Makro App en werkt hierin nauw samen met ons Global webshop team

Als Lead Digital Multi Channel houd jij je bezig met de digitale transitie van Makro Nederland.

Functie-eisen

We gaan graag in gesprek met kandidaten die een HBO werk- en denkniveau hebben. Daarnaast zien we graag:

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in digitale marketing, bij voorkeur in de retail/groothandelsmarkt; Ervaring in het beheren van meerdere digitale kanalen, waarbij consistentie en afstemming met de algehele merkstrategie gewaarborgd worden; Ervaring in het leiden en managen van cross-functionele teams; Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden om digitale initiatieven te plannen, prioriteren en uit te voeren; Klantgerichte mindset.
