Background Information

ASML's customers invest significantly in our machines and systems. The Customer Support (CS) team is dedicated to ensuring that these systems in customers' facilities operate at peak performance levels. In CS DUV service engineering, we act as the vital link between field engineers and Development & Engineering, advocating for field perspectives. Our team holds the responsibility for enhancing service efficiency for both existing (> 3000 DUV scanners) and upcoming systems.

Your Assignment

As an intern, you will directly assist project leads in the Diagnostics project. This project aims to develop a platform that empowers service engineers to promptly address unexpected issues, anticipate future risks, and support ASML's expanding fleet. Your main tasks will include:

  • Create & maintain a Project Artifacts Portal - Sharepoint
  • Development of a Project Tracking Reporting tool
  • Development of a Project Backlog Tool

Throughout your internship, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, project leaders, and engineers to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Be a student studying Project Management or Business Administration;
  • Possess practical skills in Project Management and Microsoft Office;
  • Demonstrate organization, responsibility, leadership ability, and effective communication in English.

This internship is suitable for bachelor/HBO or master students, lasting a minimum of 5 months on a 4/5 day per week basis. The start date is in September 2024.
