Manager QC at HAL Allergy

HAL Allergy is a leading player in the European allergy immunotherapy field, known for its production of allergen extracts for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. We're now seeking a Manager QC to join our team.

  • Establish, maintain, and enhance processes within the QC department in compliance with GMP regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt testing of goods, intermediates, and finished products in alignment with cGMP standards.
  • Oversee environmental and utility monitoring in adherence to cGMP principles.
  • Represent quality policies and performance to regulatory bodies, customers, and partners.
  • Lead daily operations to prioritize quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the results and personnel management within the QC department.
  • Ensure high-quality work compliant with SOPs, laws, and regulations.
  • Coordinate training, procedures, and relevant analyses.
  • Ownership of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure inspection readiness.
  • Identify and manage QC expenditures and projects.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or similar.
  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience in management positions.
  • Audit/inspection experience and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.
