FunctieomschrijvingAls medewerker Duitse Klantenservice speel je eenbelangrijke rol in het helpen van dealers en eindgebruikers bij hetoplossen van technische problemen en het bieden van een soepeleervaring.
Je taken omvatten het bieden van(technische) ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail, voornamelijk viahet ticketsysteem Freshdesk. Je behandelt tickets van Duitstaligeklanten.
De werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
- Behandelen van tickets van dealers en somseindgebruikers
- Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voordealers aan de telefoon tijdens je helpdeskdiensten
- Diagnosticeren en oplossen van technische problemen metbetrekking tot de producten
- Identificeren enrapporteren van kwaliteitsproblemen
In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Teamleider CustomerSupport. De voertaal op kantoor is Engels.
Functie-eisen- MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
- Relevantewerkervaring van minimaal 2 jaar
- Technischeinstelling en affiniteit met barbecues
- Bekwaamheid in Office 365 en bij voorkeur ervaring metFreshdesk en Microsoft Dynamics
- Uitstekendeschriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in het Duits,ook in staat om in het Engels te communiceren
- Het startsalaris ligt tussen € €3.000 bruto per maand
