About the Role

Napoleon is a leading manufacturer of quality wood and gas fireplaces, gourmet gas and charcoal grills, outdoor living products, and heating and cooling products. As an Order Desk Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our dealers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities

As an Order Desk Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and supporting orders and inquiries received through various channels, including email, phone, and portals.
  • Responding to dealer inquiries regarding invoices, products, pricing, availability, shipping, and more, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls with dealers, aiming to create a positive experience.
  • Anticipating dealer needs and providing them with the best possible delivery estimates using available tools.
  • Addressing and resolving order-related complaints through the ticket system, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead when necessary.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and customer service techniques by participating in training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch or English language is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with customer service in general.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced experience of MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, visualize, and implement best solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

What We Offer

We offer a full-time job with 40 hours per week, 26 vacation days, and 1 ADV day. You will work in a hybrid environment, with 60% of your time spent in the office and 40% from home.
