As an Order Desk Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for our dealers, providing top-notch service from the moment they place an order to the final delivery. You’ll manage orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure that every interaction leaves our dealers satisfied and confident in our brand.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Support Dealers**: Address inquiries regarding invoices, products, pricing, availability, shipping, and more with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Communication**: Handle incoming calls and proactively reach out to dealers to provide updates and resolve issues.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Anticipate dealer needs and deliver the best possible experience by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolve order-related complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay sharp with regular training sessions and team meetings, enhancing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
**What You Bring**:
- **Educational Background**: MBO level, acquired through education or experience.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in customer service, order processing, or a related field.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with bonus points for experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- **Multi-Tasker**: Able to juggle multiple systems and screens while assisting dealers on the phone.
- **Team Player**: Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Detail-Oriented**: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
