We are expanding rapidly and due to increased demand, we are seeking additional team members in the role of a werkvoorbereider / project support for our center of competence (CoC) focusing on data centers. Your key contacts will include project managers, lead engineers, system engineers, line managers, and sales personnel. Building strong relationships with these stakeholders is crucial to understanding their needs and assessing resource requirements within the department.

We are in search of a werkvoorbereider / project support to join our team of motivated and relatively young professionals dedicated to our newly established business line. Within the Smart Infrastructure business unit, Distribution Systems specializes in designing and delivering tailor-made energy solutions for a highly discerning market, both nationally and internationally, with a specific focus on Datacenter projects.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting the project manager in monitoring progress and planning;
  • Coordinating the procurement of necessary engineering and commissioning resources for the project;
Assisting the Project Manager in Outsourcing
  • Preparing and organizing purchase orders;
  • Tracking orders and deliveries, managing and updating the production and FAT schedule, and communicating effectively with clients about these processes;
Advising on actions related to factory punch items, transport damages, and missing materials;
  • Providing guidance and support to external parties, under the project manager's supervision, for on-site work;
  • Participating in construction or site meetings to assist the Project Manager or site manager;
  • Aiding the PM with internal and external reporting;
  • Estimating additional or reduced work and preparing the respective quotations;
Job Requirements
  • MBO or HBO level of education;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a project-based setting;
  • Detailed, constructively critical approach;
  • Proactive with a strong sense of ownership;
  • Flexible, hands-on, and results-oriented mindset;
  • Effective communicator, resilient to stress, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments;
  • Proficient in English, with basic knowledge of Dutch;
Primary Employment Terms
  • Gross monthly salary of up to €3800;
  • 13th-month payment distributed periodically;
  • 8.33% holiday allowance calculated based on 12 monthly salaries;
Additional Employment Benefits

  • €750 net to set up your home office;
  • 25 days of annual leave based on 40-hour workweeks;

You will be seconded for a year through Yacht, with the potential opportunity for a permanent role at Siemens upon completion of this period.
