As a (Senior) PMO Officer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic business team responsible for developing and maintaining state-of-the-art high-tech machines. Your role encompasses several critical responsibilities aimed at optimizing project execution and business value.

Key Responsibilities

· Turning project management plan into planning

· Challenging the triple constraint (scope, timing, budget) as a recognized business partner, to optimize business value;

· Implementing and improving project (program) standards and processes, e.g. related to project planning, financial management, product generation process, reporting, change control, risk management and quality. You are the one preparing and facilitating progress reviews and key decision meetings and actively follow-up on agreements made during these meetings;

· Providing guidance during the financial forecasting (budget) process and proactively assisting regular financial management and reporting;

· Pro-actively connecting, enabling and challenging all stakeholders.

· Understanding how planning takes shape; Creating work breakdowns, putting dependencies into planning, tying in financials, planning scenario playing

· Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.

· Maintains effectiveness under pressure and uncertainty.

· Collaborative team player who can also work independently.

· Takes ownership and drives continuous improvement.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a PM(O) expert or project manager in a high-tech, multi-disciplinary environment.

· Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.

· Background knowledge of administration and finance

· Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
