Jouw rol als Junior Consultant
Als Junior Consultant ga je uitdagingen niet uit de weg en raak je enthousiast van termen als Agile werken, automation, user experience en procesverbetering. Met deze passie wil je het verschil maken voor onze klanten door hen te adviseren, betrokken te zijn bij implementatieprojecten of ondersteuning te bieden op een van onze platforms.

Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden:

In teamverband platform implementaties uitvoeren bij onze opdrachtgevers;Samenwerken in teamverband om opdrachtgevers te adviseren en ondersteunen, zodat hun platform implementatie een succes wordt;Als junior consultant draag je klant verantwoordelijkheid, waarbij onze opdrachtgevers altijd onze ambassadeurs blijven.

Wat neem jij mee:

Een recent afgeronde (technische) HBO of universitaire opleiding met goede resultaten;De vaardigheden om goed te kunnen structureren en oplossingen bedenken;Affiniteit met IT, die terug te zien is in je studie, commissie of werkervaring;Kennis van en ervaring met een ITSM-platform of andere ERP platforms als ServiceNow, Atlassian/ Jira, TOPdesk, Ivanti, Freshworks, SolarWinds, Salesforce is een pré;Kennis van Java en HTML script kennis is een pré;Kennis van en ervaring met ITIL en Agile, de mindset en de way of working is een pré;Kennis van frameworks zoals Scrum, SAFe en DevOps is van toegevoegde waarde;Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.

Carrière perspectief:

De positie van Junior Technical Consultant biedt een springplank voor een voortdurende loopbaanontwikkeling als Technisch Consultant, met mogelijke vooruitzichten naar de rol van Architect. Daarnaast kan het dienen als een introductie tot de functie van Functional Consultant, met wellicht uitzicht op een verdere groei richting de rol van Management Consultant.

In de aanvangsmaanden zorgen we met een uitgebreid programma ervoor dat je je volledig op je gemak voelt bij zowel ons als in onze projecten. Via diverse trainingen, meeloopstages en kennissessies krijg je een grondig inzicht in ons vakgebied en een gedegen voorbereiding op je eerste opdracht. In deze opdracht maak je deel uit van een implementatieteam, waar je op basis van je kennis en ervaring een waardevolle aanvulling vormt als technisch consultant.

Binnen Eraneos ontvangt iedereen ondersteuning van zowel een interne ontwikkelcoach als een buddy. Gezamenlijk stellen we een Persoonlijk Ondernemers Plan op om je ontwikkeling in goede banen te leiden. Bij Eraneos hechten we waarde aan het delen van kennis, het uitvoeren van boeiende opdrachten, maar ook aan het plezier hebben met elkaar.
