Responsibilities:
- Process purchase, repair, and sales orders efficiently.
- Manage shipments, including critical AOG transport.
- Generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain records of components during maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Assist in preparing quotations for the Sales Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Strong English communication skills.
