Short Intro and About the Job
As Global Category Senior Buyer for Form-Filled-Sealed plastic cups (FFS), Preformed Cups (PFC) and Paper cups you will work inside the Primary Packaging Team to drive key responsibilities across 380m€ spend.

To deliver our ambition we will work on 3 streams:
E2E efficiency. Drive value-creation and & COGs optimization, manage volatility through material flexibility, and secure supply with the highest standards of food safety and quality. Growth. Delivering exciting packaging to consumers by exploring new technologies and solutions. Planet. Contribute to the sustainability agenda of packaging (Danone Impact Journey).This is a global purchasing role that will work across geographies within the Cups category where key responsibilities will include owning and or supporting:
Define in collaboration with Global Sourcing Manager the sourcing strategies across FFS, PFC, and Paper. Lead market analysis, new trends, and technologies recommendations to assess with technical teams. Implement and manage global framework agreement and contracts for Global suppliers. Define Business Continuity Plans (BCP) golden rules for the categories and implement within regions. Drive Category fundamentals and toolkits within the regions, such as should-cost, benchmarking, and TCO. Contribute to plastic reduction targets by identifying optimization opportunities through internal/external benchmarking, supplier investment, and or new technologies. Drive Supplier Relationship Management process and engagement with identified suppliers through proper framework matrices Setting and reporting of the KPIs, ensuring that the KPIs are aligned to business objectives and to our overall global KPI agreed tracking process.You will report to Rohil SHAH, Global Sourcing Manager Cups.
About You
At least 4-5 years of relevant procurement experience; preferably in plastics and or packaging category. Experienced in managing sourcing categories across multiple geographies. Enjoy working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and has creativity to solve problems and oriented for value creation. Strong ability to lead, influence, collaborate, and effectively engage multiple stakeholders. Pragmatism, "hands on" mentality, with strategic business approach. Ability to navigate in ambiguous environment; tenacity with strong adaptation and relationship capabilities, to gain credibility and create an efficient network within regions and suppliers. Strong commercial and business acumen and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Presence to engage effectively with senior supplier stakeholders.
