About the job

• Preparing AVMSD compliance submissions by gathering input from relevant teams in legal, content, and finance departments.
• Managing the calendar of all AVMSD compliance deadlines and tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Understanding legal documents effectively for accurate reporting.
• Recognizing and addressing issues and business developments impacting compliance with current obligations.
• Organizing, recording, and maintaining precise data on AVMSD compliance submissions.
• Offering comprehensive research, analysis, and drafting assistance to the EMEA Public Policy team as required.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in regulatory compliance, law, or business consulting.
• Background in media regulation or data analytics is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Team player comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Adaptability and willingness to assist with various regulatory matters beyond expertise.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite, with a tech-savvy approach to new systems.
• Understand, support, and embody the Netflix culture and team objectives.
