**Over het bedrijf**:
Een bekroonde speelgoedfabrikant en wereldwijde leverancier van gelicentieerde en eigen merkproducten. Ze werken samen met een aantal van 's werelds grootste entertainmentbedrijven en worden erkend als een toonaangevende leverancier van op maat gemaakt speelgoed, spellen, zacht speelgoed en knutselproducten.

**Salaris en aantal uur per week**:

- Salaris: tot maximaal € 3.000;
- bruto per maand o.b.v. fulltime
uur per week

**Over de functie**:
**Jouw baan als Sales Support Executive**:
Als Sales Support Executive ben je de spil in het verkoopproces. Je werkt nauw samen met Account Managers en andere afdelingen om een uitstekende service te bieden aan onze klanten. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het:

- bieden van administratieve ondersteuning aan het verkoopteam.
- communiceren met klanten samen met accountmanagers om aan alle klantbehoeften te voldoen, inclusief het afhandelen van vragen en het beheren van klantgegevens.
- onderhouden van bestellingen en het volgen van klantafspraken om ervoor te zorgen dat alle leveringen correct worden uitgevoerd.

**Heb jij het in je?**
We zoeken iemand met een hands-on mentaliteit, uitstekende multitask-vaardigheden en een proactieve werkinstelling. Belangrijke vereisten voor deze functie zijn:

- mínimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een B2B klantenservice of projectmanagement.
- uitstekende beheersing van MS Office; kennis van Navision is een pre.
- vloeiend in Nederlands en zakelijk Engels.

- een salaris tot maximaal € 3.000;
- o.b.v. fulltime.
