Job Description

The Senior Solution Sales Executive holds a crucial role in driving the market success of ServiceNow's Employee Workflows product suite, encompassing Employee Experience, Enterprise Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Integrated Workplace Management.

As a Senior Solution Sales Executive, you will spearhead sales revenue generation within existing accounts as well as with new clients in the Netherlands. This will entail close collaboration with the broader ServiceNow sales network, along with the guidance of a dedicated Solution Consultant, to execute territory planning, account strategies, forecasting, utilizing innovative business development tactics, and conducting field-based sales initiatives to ensure the successful creation of revenue opportunities and efficient management of sales deals.

What you'll be doing in this role:

Together with a designated Presales Solution Consultant, you will:

  • Represent the voice of customers and regional sales teams.
  • Lead end-to-end sales endeavors focused on specific HR solutions, from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to expedite opportunities, engaging directly with customers to deliver comprehensive product insights.
  • Convey competitive insights to managers and the business unit to stay ahead of market trends and challenges that could impede ServiceNow's acquisition of key accounts.
  • Devise key sales and go-to-market strategies in coordination with Product Management and Product Marketing to establish ServiceNow as a frontrunner in HR Service Delivery.
  • Offer industry expertise in crafting and implementing market strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coach and equip account teams with essential knowledge in specialty solutions to identify opportunities and navigate the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Jointly with the Account Executive and Solution Consultant, present our Employee Workflows solutions to prospects, clients, and at industry events.
  • Support ServiceNow's regional partner channels to enhance the customer experience.
  • Articulate customer success strategies and share feedback with the field to standardize solution presentations and value propositions.
  • Establish trust and credibility as a valuable advisor to our customer community.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, ideal candidates typically possess:

  • A proven track record of surpassing sales targets consistently.
  • A focus on new business development.
  • Previous sales experience in software or IT sectors, particularly in IT, HCM, HR, HR Service Delivery, or IWMS domains, handling large and intricate deals.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or PaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with complex sales environments in a significant role.
  • Commercial acumen, demonstrated ability in building business cases and ROI in collaboration with clients.
  • Capability to articulate solution value to prospects and customers effectively to maximize revenue potential.
  • Proficiency in building robust relationships across all levels of organizations, including at the executive level, both externally and internally.
  • Strong executive presence and influential skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluency in English and Dutch is essential.
