  • Determine the initial design and overseethe integration of all electrical systems on boardships.
  • Carry out the detailed design process orsupervise it yourself.
  • Develop technicalspecifications for the systems and select appropriate componentsand materials for their construction.
  • Analyzecomplex issues and find new solutions to overcome challenges thatmay arise.
  • Consult with clients, users, andclassification bureaus to ensure that the systems and installationsmeet the necessary requirements andstandards.
Functie-eisen
  • The candidate must possess a bachelor'sdegree in electrical engineering.
  • They shouldhave considerable experience in engineering electricalinstallations, including generation, system integration, andlighting, ideally in the maritimeindustry.
  • Good knowledge of materials relatedto electronic or control systems and components isnecessary.
  • Experience and familiarity withEplan is a desirable skill.
  • Strong leadershipabilities are required, as the candidate will be expected tosuccessfully manage a small team of Electrical Engineers andoversee their technical work.
