For one of our clients we are looking for a Sales Support Representative who speaks German. Our client is an international market leader within the mobility industry.

  • Respond to Parts-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Efficiently process Parts & Accessory orders using SAP and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with teams for timely supply of Warranty replacement parts.
  • Proactively communicate to maintain high customer and dealer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage returned parts and warranty replacements.
  • Manage service levels and territories effectively.
Functie-eisen
  • MBO+ degree or 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • International experience in Automotive, OEM, or equivalent is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch, and German.
  • Full-time availability.
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, finance, or supply chain.
  • Detail-oriented with a commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with SAP OTC or similar ERP systems experience.
