Adult Medical Nutrition is poised to be the fastest growing category for Danone in the upcoming years, representing a strategic opportunity for the company.

The goal is to create adaptable and scalable solutions that can be implemented globally at a local level.



For this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing a unique Brand Positioning for Nutrison/Flocare based on human insights and tensions.
  • Creating a compelling creative communication platform based on the validated Brand Positioning, including tailored messages for different target audiences across the marketing funnel.
  • Establishing connections to the mother brand Nutricia and the Oral Nutritional brand Fortimel.
  • Designing an activation funnel and producing hero/hub/hygiene content for the patient journey to support key brand initiatives, portfolio, new innovations, and evidence.
What we expect from you, as a Senior Brand Communication & Activation Manager Adult, goes beyond the aforementioned points:
  • Adopt a people-centric approach focused on patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate a passion for building strong brands and the ability to integrate with the motherbrand Nutricia and Oral Nutritional brand Fortimel.
  • Create target-centric and engaging communication strategies for all audiences.
  • Display leadership skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams in a diverse multinational setting.
  • Possess at least 7 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG sectors such as Waters, EDP, or Core Milks).
  • Show expertise in building impactful brands and crafting communication strategies across different touchpoints.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of target audience insights, including patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and an awareness of the importance of targeted audiences.
