Loreal Dermatological Beauty is the division where we focus on bringing dermatological skincare to patients with skinconditions, sensitive skin or woman and men who have high demands when it comes to efficiency.

We are the nr player worldwide in medical beauty. We own a portfolio of complementary brands to attract various profiles with different expectations, but the medical acceleration is for all brands at the heart of the business model.

Who are we?

We are a dynamic, young, multi-cultural Benelux team, in which we put health care professionals and their patients with skin- or hair conditions at the centre of our job. We are all from different (scientific) backgrounds, but we have a mutual interest in science, health and skin and love to communicate about that. We work for all the brands of the LDB division, so we have a lot to tell to the different health care professionals (dermatologists, oncologist, paediatricians etc) and other stakeholders in the medical ecosystem (patients, patient organisations, institutions etc). We use and combine all the available communication channels (offline and online) and CRM tools to bring these messages to life, to match doctors' expectations, and to build relationships with them and help them evolve in the brand awareness, brand prescription and brand advocacy path.

Your profile

You are a curious, adventurous person who is not afraid to do some pioneering, with a scientific background (Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Physics, Chemistry etc). Some experience in omnichannel medical marketing or a similar communication role is a pre. You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. You can take pro-actively the initiative to make your great ideas a reality. You feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that can convince them if necessary. You speak Dutch, English and French as a pre. You will be based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.

In this role, you will be:

Developing the O+O content of the tools, the services (sales visit aids, information leaflets for doctors and patients, websites, print adds, mail and newsletters, video, webinars, communication material for events such as congresses...) Using the channels (approved emails, remote calls, Veeva CLM, CRM, social medias, Whatsapp, etc.) to execute the medical O+O engagement strategy and deliver a great doctor's experience that leads to intended business results. The advocate of our medical business model and share your medical expertise with different stakeholders and more extensively with our medical representatives. You will lead observational studies done with our products among doctors. Working together with several other departments: marketing, medical field teams, operations and digital to guarantee the coherence of the messages.
