Sales Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven sales specialist driving the success of our new vehicle models sales by building the strong relationships with important enterprises and fleet partners in dedicated taxi and ride-hailing area, developing the new markets and closing the deals via working closely with the local team. This role requires a deep insight of the market and its major parties,and requests you to proactively seek out the potential partners and facilitate the signing of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Target Customer Identification / Approach:

Utilize diverse channels to prospect and cultivate potential To B customers with a demand for BYD vehicles in European countries.

Develop sales strategies to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Close deals with the target clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain a strong, long-lasting relationships with leasing companies, fleet partners or other potential clients, including conducting vehicles introduction, test drives and financial solutions designing to understand their evolving needs and how to meet their needs.

Utilize CRM management systems such as Salesforce to efficiently organize and streamline sales processes, enhance customer relationship management, and drive sales growth.

Market Research and Analysis:

Researching market competitors' vehicle configurations and pricing on a regular basis, utilize current portfolio insights to assess clients' pricing expectations and product requirements, and effectively lead price negotiations with target clients.

Keep updated on market trends, anticipate future developments of EVs, and understand the new models from competitors to aid in pricing and product designing and identify potential cooperation opportunities.

Team working:

Actively partner with HQ and local team to facilitate the contracts, products designing and delivery, also develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of sales in Europe.

Actively communicate with team members, understand the department's product matrix, design comprehensive solution for target clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A customer-oriented mindset coupled with a deep comprehension of sales methodologies and principles of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling work pressure.
  • Fluency in English is required. And a second European language is plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as needed to meet with customers and partners.
