Over jouw werkplek

Jouw werkplek kan zo ongeveer overal in Noord-Holland. Als Travelling Beauty Advisor ben je, samen met je collega's, het visitekaartje en het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Meestal ben je te vinden in Amsterdam, Zaandam of Haarlem. Daar help jij de teams om de winkelervaring rondom Lancômeskincare, Biotherm en YSL Make-up te verbeteren.

Maar naast elke dag een andere werkplek en andere collega's is er meer: L'Oréal Luxe is onderdeel van de L'Oréal Group. En dat betekent werken voor de grootste cosmeticafabrikant van de wereld. Kortom: talloze trainingen, doorgroeimogelijkheden, ruim collega's in Nederland en meer dan . collega's wereldwijd

En hadden we al verteld over onze Incentive Trip naar Parijs? Eens per drie maanden wordt één van de L'Oréal Luxe collega's Beauty Advisor van het kwartaal. Jaarlijks strijden de vier Beauty Advisors om een geheel verzorgde trip naar Parijs, waar het Europees hoofdkantoor van L'Oréal gevestigd is.

Dit ben jij:

Je hebt een passie voor luxe huidverzorging. Heb jij daarnaast ook al wat (technische) kennis in huis? We komen heel graag met je in contact Service staat bij jou op nummer Je bent assertief, communicatief vaardig enluistert graag naar de behoefte van de klant. Jij neemt de tijd voor onze klanten, vraagt door naar de specifieke behoefte en stemt het advies hierop af. Zo profiteren onze klanten van een optimale merkenbeleving Je bent commercieel, hebt een neusje voor verkoopkansen én bent gewend om te werken met KPI's Je bent een geboren motivator en coach. Jij haalt er energie uit om het maximale uit jezelf en anderen, en brengt met veel liefde jouw beauty kennis over Je houdt van retail Werken in de weekenden of op koopavonden staat voor jou niet ter discussie Je hebt al aardig wat vlieguren gemaakt bij één van onze partners Douglas en/of ICI Paris XL. Je bent bekend met de werkwijze en huisregels van één van deze partners Speaking Dutch fluently is required for this position
