TRAVEL AND EXPENSES SENIOR MANAGER
Location: Amsterdam
Excellent opportunity to frame the T&E travel related activities and expense management within Coty. T&E senior manager will ensure compliance with policies, streamline processes, and optimize spending. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, organizational skills, and effective communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Travel and Expenses Senior Manager you are responsible for successfully manager and administer an effective global travel program at Coty, end to end, from travel booking to expense submission. Create and track value for the organization, leading a continuously improved program for T&E processes and tools.
Your main focus:
Contribute and lead implementation of policy, procedure & program management, liaising with stakeholders in all markets to make sure it is applicable and followed everywhere, and that any local adaptations or travelers' adaptations is evaluated and included on the global framework (including any playbook (ex: EC / SLT). Responsible for settings actions, targets & goals as outlined in travel sourcing strategy, for all travel agency content (air, hotels, car rentals, trains, local transport, etc) Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (air, lodgings etc.) and operations, particularly concerning exceptions (e.g. blackout periods, etc) Drive continuous improvement of travel and expense programs together with travel agency, Coty IT team and Coty BPO, including processes, and technology. Focus on: Simplification and standardization. Service resolution tracking and coordination with travel agency, main stakeholders, and external suppliers for travel-related topics (like expenses, credit cards, etc) Travel escalation issue handling, internally and externally. Continuously challenging expense reporting efficiency, in collaboration with BPO and IT teams. T&E senior manager position, will closely work with the operations team supporting T&E expenses and reporting. The position is part of Procurement to Pay team inside Global Business Services department. You will work closely together with several departments such as Procurement, Executive Assistants, HR and security services. All your colleagues are experts and reliable in their respective areas, the seek for solutions as a team, and extremely collaborative. Working in the team, means positive mindset, open- mindedness, and adaptability.

5+ years' experience in managing corporate travel and strong understanding of the business.travel ecosystem
