Als account specialist begrijp je wat timemanagement is en heb jij jouw agenda goed op orde. Je herkent jezelf in de competenties: zorgvuldigheid, samenwerken en klantgerichtheid. Als account specialist werk je met verschillende mediabureau accounts. Dit doe je in samenwerking met de accountmanager. Vanuit DPG Media biedt je advertising oplossingen aan vanuit het uitgebreide Online en Print portfolio. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor mediabureaus en realiseert daarmee een optimale klanttevredenheid. Dit doe je door bijvoorbeeld klanten te informeren met uitgebreide mediaplannen over de advertentiemogelijkheden binnen DPG Media.

  • Je vertaalt vragen naar maatwerkoplossingen en zorgt voor de informatie, rapportage en archivering in het CRM systeem over verkoop en verkoopprojecten
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks (telefonisch) contact met jouw contactpersonen bij de mediabureaus
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie. Denk hierbij aan offertes opstellen, vervolgacties uitzetten en het gehele ketenproces bewaken

Je krijgt te maken met een variatie aan klanten, maar ook interne stakeholders. Met jouw collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor beslissingen met als doel het optimaal exploiteren van crossmediale producten. Je komt in een hecht team terecht waarin men voor elkaar klaar staat, elkaar respecteert en stimuleert om te blijven ontwikkelen. Door de informele omgang is er ook ruimte voor gezellige bijeenkomsten op en naast het werk. Zo kom je in een leuk team terecht met een fijne werksfeer
